1. Shipping

All orders are shipped with DHL.

 

We offer Flat Rate Shipping which means we charge a fixed amount of shipping cost per order regardless of the number of items for one order.

 

Please make sure to put all the products you want to order in one shopping cart and pay together, you will be charged only once shipping cost.

Shipping to Europe / EU member states: €8.89

 

Shipping to Europe / non-EU member states: €9.90

 

We ship to the following non-EU member states: Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Great Britain, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Vatican.

 

Important: Local import duty, if applicable, will be charged directly to you by the local authorities. They are not included in the price and must be paid for by you.

 

Shipping to the rest of the world: €10.50

2.  Payment

All prices are given in EURO (€) and are shown inclusive of German sales tax (VAT) at the current rate which is 19%. This will appear on your order confirmation and is itemized for you as you pass through the checkout.
