If the joint issue has lasted for a long time, the pain point is relatively fixed, symptoms recur repeatedly, and may even involve numbness or worsening on rainy or humid days, it may fall into a long-standing pattern; in such cases, you may refer to Xiao Huo Luo Wan (Flex Form), which supports the direction of unblocking and easing stagnation. If the effect does not feel well matched, the condition may not be caused by a single type of blockage, and adjusting the direction may be considered.
