Ingredients: Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae 40.6%, Poria 31.8%, Radix Codonopsis 11.1%, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae 8.8%, Radix Glycyrrhizae preparaed 7.7%.    
 
 
This formula is used in traditional Chinese medicine to strengthen the spleen, regulate qi, dry dampness, and transform phlegm. It is suitable for symptoms such as indigestion, bloating in the upper abdomen, poor appetite, belching, nausea, and loose stools caused by spleen deficiency, internal dampness, and obstructed qi flow. It is commonly used in cases of spleen deficiency with dampness and qi stagnation in the middle burner. It may also be applied to digestive discomfort caused by irregular eating or emotional stress.
