Ingredients: Atractylodes macrocephala rhizome, Poria cocos, Codonopsis pilosula root, Pinellia ternata rhizome, Citrus reticulata pericarp, Amomum villosum fruit, Vladimiria souliei root, Glycyrrhiza uralensis root, Ziziphus jujuba fruit, Zingiber officinale rhizome, Bulking agent (potato starch). 
 
This formula is used in traditional Chinese medicine to strengthen the spleen, regulate qi, dry dampness, and transform phlegm. It is suitable for symptoms such as indigestion, bloating in the upper abdomen, poor appetite, belching, nausea, and loose stools caused by spleen deficiency, internal dampness, and obstructed qi flow. It is commonly used in cases of spleen deficiency with dampness and qi stagnation in the middle burner. It may also be applied to digestive discomfort caused by irregular eating or emotional stress.
