It may also be accompanied by soreness of the lower back and knees, increased nighttime urination, or fatigue. This formula focuses on promoting the flow of qi and blood, clearing heat and dampness, and relieving pain and obstruction. It helps improve urination and alleviate discomfort or pressure in the lower abdomen and perineal region, supporting balanced circulation and urinary function. From a modern medical perspective, the corresponding TCM pattern often overlaps with chronic prostatitis, prostatic congestion, or chronic inflammation of the urinary tract. It is suitable for individuals with damp-heat and blood stasis constitution, helping to improve local circulation, clear stagnation, and reduce recurring discomfort.
 
Selection Tip: If symptoms include burning urination, painful urination, or a pronounced feeling of distention in the perineal area, indicating damp-heat and blood stasis, Qian Lie Pian (Prosta Form) is recommended. If urination is weak, incomplete, or accompanied by fatigue and weakness, Qian Lie Xian Wan (Brassica Camp Form) is more suitable.
