In traditional Chinese medicine, discomfort of the mouth and throat is often attributed to wind-heat rising or exuberant heat in the Lung and Stomach. Heat-toxin affects the oropharynx, presenting with sore, swollen throat, enlarged tonsils, mouth-tongue ulcers, and swollen or bleeding gums. Guilin Watermelon Frost follows the TCM method of clearing heat and toxins, reducing swelling, and relieving pain. Applied externally as a powder spray directly to the site, it helps dispel heat/fire-toxin, ease redness and burning discomfort, and support mucosal recovery. It is used for cases consistent with these patterns, such as acute or chronic pharyngitis, tonsillitis, stomatitis, oral ulcers, gingivitis, and for topical care of minor superficial burns with intact skin.
 
Warnings: Suitable for localized lesions of the mouth and throat mucosa; may be used for minor superficial burns with intact skin. Do not use on broken skin, large wounds, postoperative wounds, or if bleeding persists. Do not use continuously for more than 7 days; if symptoms persist after 3 days, worsen or recur, seek professional advice.
