Ingredients: Xanthium sibiricum fruit, Kochia scoparia fruit, Solanum lyratum, Ligusticum chuanxiong rhizome, Carthamus tinctorius flowe, Bulking agent (potato starch).
 
In traditional Chinese medicine, this formula is used to dispel wind, relieve itching, promote blood circulation, and unblock the channels. It is traditionally applied for persistent and recurrent skin itching that worsens at night and is difficult to resist scratching, caused by wind-damp obstruction and blood deficiency leading to internal wind. Commonly used to address what TCM describes as “blood deficiency with wind dryness and wind-damp obstruction,” it is suitable for individuals with chronic, stubborn, and recurring skin itching, particularly during the long course of the condition.
 
Selection Guide: If the skin is dry, red, scaling, and repeatedly itchy, and symptoms tend to fluctuate with emotions or stress, choose Yu Jin Yin Xie Pian (Soria Form). If the skin appears brighter red, with more pronounced heat signs and thicker scaling, and is currently in an active flare phase, choose Fu Fang Qing Dai Wan (Psoriasis Form). If the redness and heat have eased and the main complaints are ongoing dryness and itching, especially worsening at night, choose Fu Yang Ke Li (Prurease Form) during the recovery phase for daily conditioning.
